Rajamahendravaram: All set for Intermediate exams in district
Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) Regional Inspection Officer I Sharada has said that necessary arrangements were made for the ensuing Intermediate public examinations in the district.
Rajamahendravaram: Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) Regional Inspection Officer I Sharada has said that necessary arrangements were made for the ensuing Intermediate public examinations in the district.
Speaking to reporters at her office here on Tuesday, she said the examinations will be held from March 4 to 23 and practical examinations from February 1to 20 in the district and necessary equipment for practical examinations also kept ready.
As many as 1,09,234 students will write the two year Intermediate examinations and 90 centres for practical examinations and 137 centres for theory examinations arranged. Section 144 was also imposed at all examination centres, she informed.
Three flying squads and five sitting squads will supervise the examinations. Six centres-- Chintoor, Kunavaram, Vara Ramachandrapuram, Rampachodavaram, Velangi and Muramanda were identified as sensitive centres. Closed circuit cameras also be arranged at all examination centres and drinking water, necessary medical aid also be provided at the centres, she added.
SVV Satyanarayana, KSVL Narasimham, BB Sarojini and M Venkateswara Rao were present.
