Recruitment drive for various posts in army begins in Srikakulam
Selections for various categories of jobs in army was started at the Government Degree College campus here on Thursday.
Srikakulam: Selections for various categories of jobs in army was started at the Government Degree College campus here on Thursday. District officials have made all arrangements for smooth conduct of selection process till November 17.
Candidates from Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East and West Godavari and Krishna districts in AP and Yanam district in Puducherry are participating in the recruitment process. In total, 15 army officials and 150 staff members are involved in the selection process.
Candidates are being provided boarding and lodging facility adjacent to the selection spot to avoid delay in transport of candidates. Army officials and staff conducted various selection events like verification of certificates, running and physical tests at the college grounds. Police have made elaborate arrangements to avoid rush at the selection process.
