Siddhardha College student Puneet selected for YEP-Russia
Army Wing Cadet R Puneet of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science was selected for the prestigious Youth Exchange Programme (YEP) Russia.
Vijayawada: Army Wing Cadet R Puneet of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science was selected for the prestigious Youth Exchange Programme (YEP) Russia. Puneet is the only cadet who would represent both the Telugu states at the YEP which will be held from September 29 to October 6 in Moscow Cadet School, said the college principal Dr M Ramesh on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion NCC Officer Lf Vijay said Puneet who is studying B Com first year participated in the Republic Day parade and won gold medal. Later he performed well in the written test and interview conducted for selection for the YEP programme.
College Director V Babu Rao, Dean Dr Rajesh C Jampala, former NCC officer K Sridhar, Siddhartha Academy President N Venkateswarlu, P Lakshman Rao and others congratulated Puneet on his achievement.
