In a miserable incident around 11 goats are killed and a dozen more are fight for live. This incident occurred in Kottu village of Komarada mandal in Vizianagaram in the midnight of Thursday.
P.Sanyasi of Kottu village is a shepherd and having around 50 goats and sheep. On Thursday night he kept them in a shed and went to sleep but in the midnight some stray dogs entered into the shed and bite the goats and killed 11 of them and 12 more are seriously injured and fighting for life.
The loss would be around Rs.1.5 lakhs and the victim is appealing the government to help him. He said that he can't sell the meat of the deceased goats as none will purchase the flesh and he is going to burry them . Communist party of India(Marxists) leader K.Sambamurthy and others visited the village and consoled the victim.
