The festival commences with Ankurarpanam on Feb 13

Tirupati: All arrangements are in place for the annual Brahmotsavams at the temple of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy at Srinivasa Mangapuram which are set to commence from February 14 with Ankurarpanam on February 13.

The temple has been spruced up to welcome the devotees for the big annual nine-day festival. The entire temple has been decked up with electrical decorations, colourful rangolis were painted and proper barricading was completed by the engineering department. The garden wing of the TTD will take up the floral decorations a day before the annual event with fresh cut flowers, orchids and traditional flowers.

The temple authorities have cancelled Arjitha Sevas during the nine-day festival.
