Mandapeta: Rich floral tributes were paid to former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on his 28 death anniversary at the programme organised at Congress office here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion AICC member and senior Congress leader K Prabhakaara Rao hailed Rajeev as the leader who gave top prominence for IT development in the country.
He also said that Rajiv strengthened the panchayat Raj system in the country. Local Congress leaders and party activists participated.
