TTD additional EO Dharma Reddy takes charge as SVBC managing director on Wednesday

TTD Additional Executive Officer A V Dharma Reddy on Wednesday took charge as SVBC managing director. Following the government's approval, TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal issued orders appointing Dharma Reddy as SVBC managing director.

It may be noted here that film star turned politician Prudhvi Raj who was appointed as SVBC chairman was forced to quit following the allegations levelled by a woman employee in the TTD.

The government decided not to nominate anyone as chairman after Prudhvi Raj episode and preferred to depute a senior official in TTD. However, the TTD has appointed Dharma Reddy as managing director of the TTD devotional Satellite Channel (SVBC).
