Guntur: Guntur urban S P Ch Vijaya Rao on Thursday visited Acharya Nagarjuna University premises where EVMs were stored in the strongrooms. He inspected the functioning of the CC cameras and security at the strongrooms.
He said precautions have been taken for counting of votes to be held on May 23 and asked the staff to be on high alert till the counting. Additional SPs Y T Naidu, Lakshminarayna, North DSP Rama Krishna, Pedakakani Circle Inspector Seshagiri Rao and others were present.
