Vijayawada: Hasya Avadhanam impresses audience

Vijayawada: Siddhartha Kala Peetham organised a unique Avadhana programmme of "Navvukundam Randi" by Jayanthi Lakshmi Narasimham in association with the Telugu Department of Parvataneni Brahmaiah Siddhartha College at Siddhartha Auditorium on Thursday evening.

Jayanthi Lakshmi Narayana had given number of such programmes in both Telugu States and received appreciations from public.

Like other literary Avadhanams, this 'Hasya avadhanam' also having eight members as 'pruchakas' to have interaction with the 'avadhani'. But for the questions shoot by the eight pruchakas, the avadhani has to give answers with humorous touch. Lakshi Ninarasimham, with his nature of humour, made the audience laugh. He was also titled as "Haasya Kala Vachaspathi".

M Kamalakanth, P Mohanramprasad, Ravikumar, Davuluri Radha Krishna Murthy, Sasri, Ammula Prasad, KL Kameswara Rao were participated in this Avadhanam as 'pruchakas' and shoot beautiful questions with the flavor of fun.

MV Subrahmanyam was the coordinator between pruchakas and avadhani. Avadhani J Lakhsmi Narasimham replied aptly and received claps from the audience.
