In a tragic incident, a young man drowned while swimming at VUDA park beach in Visakhapatnam.
Gajuwaka: In a tragic incident, a young man drowned while swimming at VUDA park beach in Visakhapatnam. According to sources, E Yerri Naidu and his wife Jagadishwari of S Kota mandal have two sons Rohit (19) and Harshit.
The elder son Rohit has completed polytechnical ECE from Sai Ganapathi college at Gidijala and second son Harshit is studying Intermediate at a private college in Gajuwaka. Both the brothers stay at their relative's house at Akkireddypalem. On Sunday, Rohit went out without informing anyone in the house. He along with his friends G Santosh (22) and Swamy (21) gone to the VUDA park here in the city.
Among them, no one knows swimming, but Rohit alone went into the sea while the other two friends were standing at the shore. As they were watching, Rohit went missing due to the force of strong waves, and after some time his dead body washed to the beach. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot, shifted the body to the government hospital (KGH) for post-mortem and investigating further.
