HMT group firms record better turnover
HMT Limited and its subsidiaries have recorded an increase in turnover the previous year, as per the provisional and unaudited figures and achieved the targets of production and sales set for the year-2018-19.
Hyderabad: HMT Limited and its subsidiaries have recorded an increase in turnover the previous year, as per the provisional and unaudited figures and achieved the targets of production and sales set for the year-2018-19.
HMT machine Tools Limited, the major subsidiary has achieved an increase of around 46 per cent in production; 31 per cent in sale and 37 per cent in order booking as compared to 2017-2018, while the profit making mini-ratna subsidiary, HMT (International) Limited has performed very well during the year to achieve its highest turnover with an increase of around 120 per cent in turnover and 331 per cent in order booking.
S Girish Kumar, CMD HMT on Monday acknowledged the contribution and effort put in by each and every employee of the Administration Ministry for the improvement in performance and exhorted the employees to keep up the same tempo and step up efforts for growth of the Company.
