Dismissing rumours that he got injured in a road mishap that took place on Outer Ring Road on Tuesday, the 'Kalki' star issued a clarification, "On Tuesday night, while I was returning home from Ramoji Film City via Outer Ring Road, I met with an accident at the Golconda Appa Junction.
Seeing my vehicle in that state, commuters on the road helped me out as they recognised me. I borrowed their phone and immediately informed the police and then called my family. I was picked up by family members," he said in the statement.
His wife Jeevitha further explained, "Barring a scratch, Rajasekhar didn't suffer any injury and all the rumours making rounds are baseless. Actually, he lost control of the car due to tyre-burst and luckily he was unhurt. We spoke to the cops concerned and cleared all the formalities," she concludes.
