After a halt of five months, the shoot of Kamal Haasan and Shankar's Indian 2 was resumed last month.
After a halt of five months, the shoot of Kamal Haasan and Shankar's Indian 2 was resumed last month. Director Shankar first shot a brief schedule in the outskirts of Chennai with Siddarth and Rakul Preet Singh. Later, Kamal took part in a cafe sequence shot in the T-Nagar area.
And now, the team took a break again. Apparently, Kamal felt that the shoot is happening at a snail pace and ordered Shankar and Co. to pace up the works. With the order coming from the lead man himself, the team is alerted and working day and night to make things go at a faster pace.
Indian 2 is a sequel of 1995 film of the same name. Kajal Aggarwal will be seen as the female lead of the film, alongside Kamal. It is being produced by Lyca Productions. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music. The makers are planning to release Indian 2 in the second quarter of 2020.
