The entire team is confident about success. We are releasing the film worldwide on September 20th. You all will like this film."

Music Director Mickey J Meyer said, " I appreciate the guts of Director Harish Shankar for choosing me as music director for this different kind of film. So far I have given Melodies and Classic music only. Thanks to Varun and Producers for giving me this opportunity to work for a mass film. Songs became instant hits. 'Valmiki' is a complete changeover film for me. Varun has given his best performance in this film. Ayananka Bose did amazing camera work. You will love the background score."

Director Harish Shankar said, " Thanks to Producers Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta who made this film happen in the first place. When I told them that we are doing the remake of 'Jigarthanda' with Varun, they bought the remake rights even without asking what character Varun will be playing in the film. Such kind of belief they have in me. Varun saw the film exactly the way I see the film. He did a role beyond his age in this film. Hats off to his guts. Mickey and I worked for 'Subrahmanyam For Sale' movie. I liked his work in 'Mahanati' a lot. We can get to know more about his ability while we travel with him. He can keep composing great music as long as we give him strong content. Expectations doubled on this film after the release of pre-teaser. The Teaser has balanced and raised them further. Similarly, the trailer will balance them. Bobby Simha in 'Jigarthanda' did the role of Varun Tej. He won National Award for his performance. Varun will get a very good name for his performance in that role. Small changes were done from the original. You all will enjoy the film for sure."

Mega Prince Varun Tej said, " When it was decided that I will be doing this character, there was some negativity. But, it is Harish Shankar who gave me the confidence to do this role. Though we have lots of good stories, Only a few make us feel like to remake them. 'Jigarthanda' is such a story. It will also portray the greatness of the film industry. My look and teaser got a very good response. Now the trailer too will get a terrific response. Characters like these are necessary to prove me as an actor. It was tough initially to balance the energy of Harish. Later on, I get used to it. We are coming on September 20th. Everyone will love 'Valmiki'".
