A wide range of seasonal ingredients shape up Olive Bistro's new menu coupled with an array of modern and traditional techniques to present a distinct taste.
All these ingredients used are sourced locally and everything is made in-house from scratch.
There are nourishing salads, aromatic soups, healthy greens, grains, seafood and meats and delicious desserts, which bring forth familiar and new flavours.
Chef Viraf shares, "Mediterranean (regions of the Levant) food has come of age in Hyderabad, with many establishments now serving Turkish, Lebanese food, and the flavours are much loved and appreciated by the local population.
