Karnataka: Class 10 students of Karnataka's Kalburgi visited the examination centre to take their Secondary Level School Certificate (SSLC) examinations.

Students underwent thermal screening at the entrance of the exam hall and later allowed to the corridor space. The SSLC exams which are being conducted were scheduled earlier in March but had been postponed due to nationwide lockdown implemented in the pandemic situation.

Karnataka minister B Sriramulu said, "Social distancing and face masks had been made compulsory in the exam centres." A total of 848,203 students will be attending for the examinations which will be conducted between June 25 and July 4.
