Vangapandu Venkata Nagaraj, President Indo European Centre for mechatronics in his address to media told that in order to develop the ecosystem, in collaboration with APSSDC, ECM has partnered with 32 academic institutions in Andhra Pradesh. 64 experts from these organisations are being upskilled to train 4000 students across the state.

This is also in line with the new policy of the state government towards local employment. This unique global initiative which is set to become a landmark project for the manufacturing and mechatronics research and development in AP. Durga Prasad, Director, Technical -Indo euro synchronisation also opined that as per the wish of our chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy these are all will help 75 per cent jobs to local by imparting training in engineering colleges inline to the industrial requirements.

Dr Battula Srinivas, VIT AP University thanked Challa Madhusudhan Reddy, Chairman, AP State skill development programme Abhiram Varma Rudraraju, Country Manager, Indo Euro Synchronisation for choosing VIT AP University to host this workshop. Where every student can avail a lakh rupee worth training in these eight days . Dr Pankaj Tambe, Dean Mechanical Engineering, VIT AP University during his address he lauded the efforts of our Industries minister Mekapati Gautham Reddy in bringing such skill development programmes through AP State skill development Corporation.
