GITAM counselling from May 9
The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management will conduct GITAM Admission Test (GAT-2019) counseling in online sliding method for eligible candidates from May 9 to 11.
Hyderabad: The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management will conduct GITAM Admission Test (GAT-2019) counseling in online sliding method for eligible candidates from May 9 to 11.
The eligible rank holders qualified in GAT-2019 are required to attend online counseling with call letter by downloading from university website (www.gitam.edu) at any of the following seven centers for admission to B.Tech. / 6 Year Dual Degree (B Tech + M Tech)/ B Arch and B Pharm programmes for the academic year 2019-20.
The six counseling centers are GITAM Hyderabad Campus, GITAM Visakhapatnam Campus, Vijayawada, Tirupati, GITAM Bengaluru Campus and Bengaluru City. Counseling starts on 9th May at 9 AM from all SC, ST and PH Candidates. It will be continued from 10.30 AM onwards for 1 to 6,000 rank holders, 6,001 to 12,000 on 10th and 12,001 to 18,000 on 11th.
The counseling and seat allotment of GAT 2019 will be based on the rank obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam. The counseling process of GITAM includes payment of counseling and tuition fee, choice filling, locking and document verification.
Candidates can attend at any of the six counseling centers of GAT, and bring along the counseling call letter and all essential documents like Two PP size Photos, 10th, Intermediate (downloaded) pass certificates, TC, CC, Aadhar Card, Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon (in case of PH Candidates) and Integrated Community Certificate (in case of SC/ST).
