University of Hyderabad scholar selected by top 5 varsities in US for PhD
Shilpi Mandal, a fifth-year Mathematical Science student in the Integrated Master's program at the University of Hyderabad has been selected for admission into PhD in Theoretical Mathematics by five different universities in the United States of America for the fall of 2020.

The PhD program in the above-mentioned universities are highly prestigious and competitive and attracts the best students from across the globe.
Ms. Shilpi is yet to make up her mind about which university to join, sitting on what one may call an embarrassment of riches!
Ms. Shilpi is the IMSc Mathematics batch topper from the word go. She has been a highly enthusiastic and energetic student all through her stay at UoH.
