Vizag college achieves national record
First college In India in which B Tech students published 28 papers in national and international journals.
Visakhapatnam: Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College was established in the academic year 2003-04 with the approval of AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Andhra University. The college offers B. Tech (CSE, EEE, ECE, Mechanical and Civil). The college also offers eight courses in M. Tech along with MBA and MCA. The college is led by principal Dr. M. Ramjee who is having 33 years of experience in educational field with a dedicated staff. The college is accredited by NAAC and is also nodal centre for IIT, Mumbai.
The college is equipped with state of art infrastructure and labs that fosters research and innovation among fresh graduates through our incubation center and entrepreneur development cell. The digital library helps the students to listen lectures from eminent educational personalities and can refer more than 250 national and international journals. Moreover, the college is very near to the city and hence students can save more than 280 hours travelling time in a year.
100 per cent eligible students got placement during 2018-19 academic year.
This is the first college In India in which BTech students published nearly 28 papers in national and international journals.
