Well, today we will pick the third option and prepare the Cheese Pockets… They are very easy to make and can be done in minutes!!!

So, we Hans India have doled out the complete recipe of the 'Crunchy Cheese Pockets' for our readers… Have a look!

Ingredients Needed

For The Dough

• All-purpose flour – 1 cup

• Ghee – 50 ml

• Salt – 1 tsp

• Water – 150 ml

For The Cheese Filling

• Grated Paneer – 250 grams

• Processed Cheese – 100 grams

• Cheddar Cheese – 50 grams

• Bell Pepper- 120 grams

• Onions – 50 grams

• Coriander – 5 grams

• Oregano – 1 tsp

• Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp

• Black Pepper – 1 tsp

• Salt – As needed

Sauce Preparation:

• Shezuwan Sauce – 60 grams

• Tomato Sauce – 60 grams

• Powdered Sugar – 1 tsp

• Vinegar – 1 tsp

Process

• The process is very simple… First, take a large bowl and add all the dough ingredients one by one and knead it into a soft dough adding the water in batches. Knead well and allow it to rest for at least half an hour covering it with a cotton cloth.

• You also need to take a small bowl and add all the sauce ingredients to make a home-made chilli sauce.

• Next, proceed with the cheese filling… Take a bowl and add all the filling ingredients one by one and mix well. Set it aside for a while.

• Then dust the flour on the ground and roll the dough into round chapati's. Then take the round mould and cut the chapatti into small rounds. Then fill in the cheese concoction in the middle and fold the round chapatti exactly into the middle and close the ends by pressing with a fork.

• That's it! Now deep fry the cheese pockets and enjoy the awesome evening snacks with the prepared sauce.
