Engineering is the branch of science and technology involved with the design, building, and use of engines, machines, and structures and one who practices engineering is called an engineer.
The Day has developed from a national, into an International awareness campaign to increase the profile of women in engineering and focus on the exciting career opportunities available to girls in Engineering.
