Shahpur Nagar: Malkajgiri DCC President Kuna Srisailam Goud, who was all set to take part in 'Chalo Intermediate Board', was placed under house arrest here on Monday.
Speaking to the media, Goud said that the arrests can't silence the voices raising the issues surrounding the examination results. He also accused the State government of trying to cover up the mistakes committed by the Board of Intermediate Education.
He appealed to the intermediate students not to commit suicides. He demanded the resignation of Education Minister G Jagadishwar Reddy for the results goof-up and said that the answer scripts be re-evaluated free of cost.
