Fallen tree throws traffic out of gear
After the rainfall on Saturday, a tree in Sri Nagar Colony fell on the road, and it is causing a lot of inconvenience to the commuters. The issue led to power cut for a few hours in the colony. A few branches of the tree have been chopped off, but the rest of the tree is left on the roadside.

Ravi R, a roadside hawker, said, "On Saturday evening, there was heavy rainfall here, and due to which a tree fell on the electric wires. The tree was chopped off and kept on the roadside for quite a long time. This is causing an enormous traffic jam in this area."
Sudha L, a pedestrian, said, "The road was completely dark after the rain because of the power cut. The streetlights of this area generally do not work properly. It was causing a lot of inconvenience to walk on the road because of the traffic, muddy roads and no light."
