Noted poet KV Shiva Reddy, who was the chief guest, congratulated Chandraish Sinha on the occasion. He said Chandraish's books on computer education have become famous worldwide. 'The Hidden Voice' is the first novel he has written.
Former Care India GM M Raghu Ramaiah, writer Dr Shoba Perimdevi, Kala Janardhana Murthy, Surya Prakash, R Shyam Sunder, Rama Swamy and others were present.
