HMWSSB set to meet Jalpally water needs
M Dana Kishore assured that the water will be supplied from Salala reservoir and by June 5 new line from Hardware Park will be operational. It may be mentioned here that several localities are reeling under water crisis even before the start of the summer.
Hyderabad: AIMIM President, Asaduddin Owaisi along with P Karthik Reddy who recently joined TRS met Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) Managing Director M Dana Kishore regarding the supply of drinking water for Jalpally Municipality and Balapur village, as there is severe water scarcity.
M Dana Kishore assured that the water will be supplied from Salala reservoir and by June 5 new line from Hardware Park will be operational. It may be mentioned here that several localities are reeling under water crisis even before the start of the summer.
Several representations were made by colonies to the Jalpally Municipality to resolve the problem, but it remained persistent. Recently reports of road blockage were also witinessed on the Srisailam highway by locals.
