A leopard is on the prowl in Gachibowli area creating a stir among the locals.
A leopard is on the prowl in Gachibowli area creating a stir among the locals. The leopard is said to have entered Roda Mistry college of social work in Gachibowli and disappeared with a dog on Saturday afternoon.
A staff of the college noticed it and informed the college secretary BA Raju who alerted the DFO Bhima Naik. Chilkur forest range officer Prathima visited the college and noticed the bloodstains on the staircase of the college.
The officials believed that leopard might have escaped into the hills from the college.
The FRO Prathima said that cameras will be arranged in the college as the leopard is expected to return to the premises for food. The big cat is said to have been feeding on dogs and monkeys on the nearby hills.
