Protests against Inter results goof-up
The ABVP organised protests on the irregularities in the Intermediate results here on Monday. They demanded the resignation of the Intermediate Board Secretary Ashok for putting the lives of several intermediate students at risk with his callousness.
Tarnaka: The ABVP organised protests on the irregularities in the Intermediate results here on Monday. They demanded the resignation of the Intermediate Board Secretary Ashok for putting the lives of several intermediate students at risk with his callousness.
Furthermore, they demanded the government officials to revaluate the answer scripts of the students who failed and who bagged minimum marks free of cost. They said "Intermediate Board is putting the lives of the Telangana students and parents at grave risk."
The ABVP leaders also demanded the government to make public the report of Venkateshwara Rao committee within three days. The agitators were taken into custody and moved to Begum Bazaar Police Station.
ABVP state joint secretary Marri Sravan Reddy, State working member Rajesh Reddy, ABVP district co-convener Srikanth Yadav, Anil, Mahesh, Mallikarjun, Chandrasekhar and Vinay were arrested.
