Malkajgiri: In support of RTC strike, activists of the local BJP and its affiliated organisations BMS, BJYM and ABVP, organised 'Rasta Roko' here at Anand Bagh crossroads on Friday.
The rasta roko resulted in heavy traffic jam in the area.Speaking on the occasion, local BJP leaders urged people to support state-wide bandh called by RTC JAC on October 19.
They urged people of all sections of the society to participate in the bandh so that a befitting lesson is taught to the CM KCR for his dictatorial tendencies.Among those who participated in the rasta roko were BJP activists Anand, Ravi, Shankar, R Srinivas, Vithoba, Bhanu Prakash, Venki, Sadanand, Vara Lakshmi and others.
