Residents raise a stink as garbage not cleared

The GHMC officials are not clearing the garbage waste on regular basis. It is getting spilled all over the roads. The locals are requesting the officials to clear the garbage at the earliest.
Sudheer Kumar, a local resident, said, "I use this road every day, and I feel inconvenient to go by this way. Even after submitting many complaints to civic authorities, there is no response from them."
"A very bad smell emanates from the garbage. Street dogs and cows are also creating trouble to the pedestrians. The GHMC workers are not cleaning the roads regularly, and we request to civic authorities to clear the garbage," says Ashish, a resident in Palika Bazar.
