RTC Hospital gets fully automated analysers
The Executive Director (AE&O) has inaugurated the fully automated analyzers for Chemistry and Immuno-assy at the Lab.
Hyderabad: The Executive Director (AE&O) has inaugurated the fully automated analyzers for Chemistry and Immuno-assy at the Lab. Later, the ED (A) launched the new wheel chairs and trolleys which were procured recently, distributed uniform cloth to the paramedical staff and addressed the Medical Officers, staff and union representatives at Tarnaka Hospital.
Dr R Venkataramana, CMO, Tarnaka Hospital briefed the functioning of the above analysers. He said that fully automated dry chemistry analyser can perform 1,200 tests per hour. It can perform more than 100 different parameters / more than 1,500 samples in a day and the other Vitros ECI fully automated analyzer for hormones can perform more than 35 different types of parameters / 80 tests per hour which will give accurate & quality results in short time.
With this, all the investigations can be done at RTC Hospital itself as per emergency requirements thus reducing cost of referrals. In the above said programme T Venkateshwara Rao, CPM, Ramesh, FA, Dr R Venkataramana, Chief Medical Officer, all Senior Medical Officers, Medical Officers, Paramedical staff and union representatives of TMU, SWF & other trade unions participated.
