The Commissioner advised the cops to increase patrols in the colonies and keep a vigil on habitual offenders. Special attention should be given to the movements of criminal gangs.
He said reception staff must ensure the complaint letter has details of 5 Ws & 1H (What, Where, When, Why, Who and How). Later, he reviewed records at the police station and made various suggestions.
