Shop using banned plastic covers fined

Moosapet: GHMC officials imposed penalty of Rs 20,000 on Sweet Magic, a shop at Nizampet X Roads in KPHB Colony on Wednesday. Unhygienic conditions of surroundings, usage of plastic bags which are less than 50 microns and no separation of dry and wet wastes are the reasons for slapping the penalty.
