The Falaknuma police arrested a Yemen national for illegally overstaying in India. Police took Mubarak Bin Awad (30) into their custody and by registering a case under section 420 IPC, Section 12 of Passport Act 1967, Section 14 (a) of Foreigners Act 1946, are investigating.
They identified that the person obtained Indian Passport and ID proofs illegally and overstaying in India.
