The terror attack calls which emanated from Pakistan on Monday night are said to have contained threats to blow up the two hotels owned by the Taj group in Mumbai. Following the threat calls from Pakistan, security has been tightened around the hotels.

The Taj Mahal Palace staff are said to have received the first call around 12:30 am on the intervening night of Monday-Tuesday.
