Washington: In an incident, two Indian students died in a road accident in the US. The deceased identified as Judy Stanley (23) and Vybhav Gopisetty (26) studying at Tennessee State University (TSU).

This tragedy happened on Thanksgiving night (November 28) in South Nashville, Tennessee, when a speeding pick up truck crashed into the car in which they were travelling. In the collision, both students died on the spot.

The truck driver David Torres (26), flew away from the crime scene. The police have identified that one of the dead, Vybhav Gopisetty belongs to Vijayawada.

The Tennessee State University family is mourning the loss of two TSU students killed in an auto accident. Both were the graduate students from India pursuing food science degrees in the College of Agriculture. Stanley was seeking a master's, and Gopisetty a doctorate. The university students have raised more than USD 42,000 through a GoFundMe for the deceased last rites and funeral in India.
