The big corporate companies often look for talented students and offer huge salary packages. Recently, software giant Microsoft has giver a bumper offer to a BTech final year student.
Tania Arora, a fourth-year BTech CSE student of Lovely Professional University (LPU) got selected as a software engineer in Microsoft with a huge salary package of Rs 42 lakh per month (Rs 5.04 crore per anum).
Tania grabbed this offer over successfully completing the Coding Challenge. She will be working at Microsoft India R&D Center in Hyderabad.
University officials said in a statement that this is the highest package received by their students in the region. They also noted that the students are allowed to implement classroom lessons in real-time projects on their campus. LPU students find jobs in companies such as HP, Amazon, Yahoo, Cisco, Apple and Google, which are listed on Fortune 500 companies.
