Lighter version selfie retouch app introduced

Mobile internet company ‘Meitu’ launched a lighter version of selfie retouch app, BeautyPlus Me on Google Play in India. BeautyPlusMe’s selfie-perfecting app includes features such as live auto retouch, advanced facial recognition, eye perfecting, skin smoothening and direct social share options.

Commenting on the launch, Country Manager for India at Meitu, Ravish Jain said, “India is one of the world’s most dynamic markets in terms of smartphone growth, yet millions of consumers are missing out on many cool app experiences simply because their phones can’t support the downloads.
