John David MBP X1 team entered the knockout stage by winning the match over Super Giants XI by seven wickets in Krishna District Cricket Association (KDCA) B Division league for Devineni Venkata Ramana and Praneetha memorial trophy held at Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) grounds in Mulapadu of Ibrahimpatnam mandal near Vijayawada on Sunday.
John David MBP X1 team entered the knockout stage by winning the match over Super Giants XI by seven wickets in Krishna District Cricket Association (KDCA) B Division league for Devineni Venkata Ramana and Praneetha memorial trophy held at Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) grounds in Mulapadu of Ibrahimpatnam mandal near Vijayawada on Sunday.
Super giants XI team won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 65 runs in 22.1 overs. MBP bowler Bujji took four wickets for 15 runs. Later, John David team reached its target 68 runs for loss three wickets and won the match and entered the knockout stage.
In second match South Central Railway (SCR) team won by five wickets against SBI XI. SCR team won the toss and invited SBI team first bat. SBI scored 102 runs for loss of four wickets in the stipulated 25 overs. SCR team reached its target 103 runs in 18.4 overs. Batsman Sagar scored 24 runs (not out) and Syamprasad scored 18 runs helped their team winning.
