Reliance power unit takes up plantation of saplings

As part of its Environment and Climate Exchange Initiative, vanamahostsav-2017 by ministry of environment, a plantation programme has been taken up by the Reliance Power Ltd at its unit premises in Samarlakota on Thursday. The officials and staff of the unit planted several saplings in the unit premises on Peddapuram Road to mark the occasion.

The officials and staff of the unit planted several saplings in the unit premises on Peddapuram Road to mark the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Dr Kaliaperumal, director of the company, emphasised on the importance of plantation in large numbers for the protection of the environment. Reliance Power unit station Director, C Dwarakanth, EHS head Chaganti Prakash, other company senior officials and Staff participated.
