NTR Tennis Cup tournament begins
Minister for Civil Supplies Prattipati Pulla Rao inaugurated NTR Tennis Cup Tournament at NTR Municipal Corporation Stadium here on Thursday. Speaking on this occasion, he said that sports would bring out innate talent in students. He urged the players to participate in the sports.
Guntur: Minister for Civil Supplies Prattipati Pulla Rao inaugurated NTR Tennis Cup Tournament at NTR Municipal Corporation Stadium here on Thursday. Speaking on this occasion, he said that sports would bring out innate talent in students. He urged the players to participate in the sports.
He said that the government was giving top priority for sports and developing the stadia. He played tennis and declared inauguration of NTR Tennis Tournament. He appreciated the NTR Tennis Association for conducting the tennis tournament in which over 200 tennis players from various states participated.
MLA G V Anjaneyulu said that he was very happy to participate in the NTR Tennis Tournament programme being conducted on NTR death anniversary day. The tennis tournament will be held for three days from Thursday. Under 12, Under -14, Under 16 both boys and girls teams were participating in the tournament. MLC AS Rama Krishna, Guntur Mirchi Yard chairman Mannava Subba Rao were present.
