JICA team visits Cultural Centre

A team of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which was undertaking a survey on comprehensive traffic transportation study on Andhra Pradesh Capital Region (AP CRCTTS 2050), visited the Cultural Centre, said CCVA CEO Dr E Sivanagi Reddy here on Wednesday.
Vijayawada: A team of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which was undertaking a survey on comprehensive traffic transportation study on Andhra Pradesh Capital Region (AP CRCTTS 2050), visited the Cultural Centre, said CCVA CEO Dr E Sivanagi Reddy here on Wednesday.
He said the JICA project team led by Junji Shibuta and Transport Economist Yuka Kato met the CCVA founder Y Harish Chandra Prasad and discussed the growth of settlement pattern of the then Bezawada and Vijayawada during the 19th and 20th centuries AD.
Harish Chandra Prasad explained on the activities of CCVA like “Preserve Heritage for Posterity” and presented CCVA brochure to the JICA team.
