Minister seeks inquiry into Nizampet land grabbing case

Hyderabad: Textiles and Handlooms Minister Gaddam Prasad Kumar wrote to Revenue Minister N Raghuveera Reddy seeking an inquiry in the alienation of government land at Nizampet in Rangareddy district to private persons with the initiative of deputy collector Ramamani. In his letter, he said that 10 acre of land in survey number 332 was given to a private person who produced fake documents. He said that deputy collector Ramamani issued ownership orders to the person without making a proper study on it. The Minister has directed the Rangareddy district collector to order an inquiry into the issue.
