subhashMahbubnagar : It is official now. The irregularities indulged in by the Pyramid Dhan guru Subhash Patri have been confirmed in an official inquiry report. The Dhyan Guru claimed that if people meditated in the pyramid, which was stated to be the biggest pyramid in the world, they would be cured of all ailments.A

It may be recalled that Hyderabad-based advocate Somaraju lodged a complaint with the Human Rights Commission regarding the encroachment of government lands and lands were forcibly purchased from the farmers by Subhash Patri at Kadtal in Amangal mandal.

The Human Rights Commission directed District Collector Girija Sankar to inquire into the allegations and submit a report. Joint Collector L Sharman conducted inqury into the allegations and confirmed that there were irregularities. The Pyramid organisers have encroached 5.2 acres of the government land in the survey no 264 and dug a water tank there after laying a road. They had also encroached 1.26 acres in survey no 321 and 0.20 acres in sur;vey no 274. The joint collector report stated that the organised had encroached in all 7.08 acres of the government land.

The government had allocated 7.14 acres of land in surveyno 260/46/A to Chenchus and 7.13 acres of land to the Girijans near the pyramid and even issued land pattas to them. However, the real estate businessmen purchased these lands against the rules. They showcased the Pyramid and started selling the land. The realtors started ventures in 66.31 acres from the survey no 260/40 to 260/46 and divided them into house sites.

They have not even paid NALA taxa to the government to convert the agriculture land into non-agriculture land, the report said. Madhu Kagula, human rights activist, alleged that the officials did not take any action against there were so many irregularities in the government land and assigned land.A Chennaiah, advocate, demanded action against the persons who encroached government land.
