In fact Jagan wanted to participate in the tractor rally organised for the welfare of farmers, which was supposed to be conducted by the YSRCP honorary president, YS Vijayamma. Jagan will now club his father’s tomb visit with the tractor rally event.
The court however, has asked him to be present on. So the tractor rally is likely to be postponed to 4th of October.
But this can only be done when the court grants him permission to leave the city.
