Speaking on this survey report, Tollywood actor and chairman of the BIACH and RI Nandamuri Balakrishna said he felt very proud of this great achievement.

“We never expected such a great recognition, that too, at national level. The entire credit goes to our entire staff and doctors at BIACH &RI. From physicians, surgeons to nurses each and everyone is very committed in providing best services to the cancer patients, irrespective of their social and economic, caste and religion. This achievement has increased our sense of responsibility” he said.
“In fact the hospital is the brain-child of my father Nadamuri Taraka Ramarao (NTR), a great actor and former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, with the aim of serving the cancer patients, especially poor, at affordable rates. Today with multidisciplinary teams, our staff and doctors are providing advanced treatment procedures and services for the cancer patients,” he added. Dr Nori Dattatreyudu, world renowned oncologist and Trust Board member of BIACH&RI, who was associated with the hospital since its foundation stone was laid, said: “If NTR would have been alive, he would have felt very happy that his dream had come true. BIACH and RI will be known as the number one hospital in India very soon.” He mentioned about the quality healthcare and cancer prevention programmes taken up at the hospital. Dr. Kodela Siva Prasada Rao, Trust Board member, BIACH&RI, speaking on the occasion, said that the hospital would be soon known as the best and quality treatment provider to cancer patients at an affordable price.
