Hyderabad: TJAC chairman Prof Kodandaram on Monday observed that there would not be any difference of opinion if the separate state bill was prepared with constitutional spirit. Calling upon the Telangana people to be alert until the last moment to overcome conspiracies of the Seemandhra lobby, he stressed on reaching out to elected representatives of the region on certain issues in the draft T Bill, which needed to be amended to ensure justice.
Speaking at a meeting “State Reorganisation Bill-our views” organised by Telangana Journalists Forum (TJF), Kodandaram said that experts were going through recommendations on common capital, government employees, education, river water etc. TJAC would debate at length on these issues at steering committee meeting to be held on December 11, he said.
BJP senior leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy said that his party was preparing a report on objections in the draft. For this purpose, BJP leaders would meet employees and concerned stakeholders. This report would then be submitted to national party so that Sushma Swaraj and others.
