Ananthapuram JC Jaya Chandra dies in road mishap

A tragic accident struck Ananthapur last night. Sadly, Ananthapur District Dannapu Mandal Joint collector Jaya Chandra passed away in this road mishap.

Soonafter JC was heading from Kurnool to Ananthapur, the Bolero Vehicle in which he was travelling hit a divider and the driver lost control. While the JC lost his life, the driver and Sandeep son of Jaya Chandra escaped with injuries. Luckily, a few vehicles which were travelling on the same highway extended their support and sent the injured to a private hospital.

Unfortunately the Joint collector died by then hence his body was sent to a government hospital of Ananthapur for postmortem.

The Collector of Ananthapur Lokesh Kumar and few other officials visited the government hospital to pay their last respects to the departed soul and also offer their condolences to his family.
