RTC holiday packages for New Year, APSRTC Holiday Packages. A total of 12 package tours will be introduced. They would be classified as daily, weekend and holiday package tours.
Hyderabad: The APSRTC will be launching package tours from January 1.These tours are intended for the convenience of passengers who will be visiting tourist and pilgrimage sites.
A total of 12 package tours will be introduced. They would be classified as daily, weekend and holiday package tours. The package services will originate from bus stations. Passengers can also book tickets online.
Kanipakam, Srisailam, Kuntala, Hanamkonda, Anantagiri, Ahobilam, Belum Caves, Lepakshi, Wargalkeesara, Chandragiri and Basara are the listed destinations for the tours. Speaking to newsmen, the corporation’s MD Purnachandra Rao, said that in view of the Sankranthi festival rush the RTC had inducted 5,000 special buses.
