Yendala Laxminarayana: Alliance with TDP will destroy BJP

Hyderabad: The Bharatiya Janata Party MLA and floor leader in the state assembly, Yendala Laxminarayana on Thursday said that coalition with Telugu Desam party will destroy the Bharatiya Janata Party. He called on the national president of the party, Rajnath Singh on Thursday. Later, he addressed the media and said Telugu Desam Party has no strength in Telangana region.

It is learnt that he had submitted a note on the same to Rajnath Singh. It is evident that including the state president of the party, Kishan Reddy all prominent leaders of BJP are opposing the coalition with TDP.

Conversely, Telugu Desam Party supremo, Chandrababu Naidu has been iterating that BJP needs to tie up with TDP, in order to come into power after 2014 general elections. It is learnt that Chandrababu has passed instructions to the party cadre to not open their mouths in response to the statements given by the BJP leaders.
